Hillary Creedon is Wagner Foundation’s Digital Platforms Manager, elevating the work of the foundation’s grantee partners, sharing Wagner’s vision, and disseminating the organization’s thought leadership across its social media channels and website.

As a founding member of the communications team, Hillary has embraced the exciting challenge of working alongside the Director of Communications to build the foundation’s communications strategy, processes, and content from the ground up. She collaborates closely with colleagues and partners to creatively showcase the unique work of grantee partners and to connect their efforts to the foundation’s broader mission. She brings strong project management skills and a sharp attention to detail to her role and enjoys staying on top of social media trends and best practices to incorporate into her social strategy.

Prior to joining Wagner Foundation, Hillary held communications and marketing roles at Cornell University’s College of Agriculture and Life Sciences and Houghton Mifflin Harcourt (HMH). She is proud to work at an organization that aligns with her values and is deeply committed to accompaniment philanthropy.

Yes, social media can be tiresome. But the chance to use it for good – to break into someone’s doomscroll with an inspiring and hopeful story of shared humanity and equality – is what motivates me.
